Our Year 6′s are graduating today. They have finished their PYP (Primary Years Programme) and will be officially moving into the MYP (Middle Years Programme). I’ve visited some classes, been a guest speaker, mentored groups working on their Exhibition and met all of them during our Year 6 MYP Induction Day.
The Year 6′s come with enthusiasm, ideas, a sense of wonder and a lust for learning. I hope that we manage to harness those characteristics and mold them into young men and women who will, in a number of years time, start their IB Diploma well prepared and ready for success.
I’m excited for all them and will be very pleased to be present help them celebrate this most important milestone.
