The Electricity and New Energy Museum (Museum Listrik & Energi Baru) can be found in Taman Mini Indonesia (TMII). It has several floors devoted to history of energy and electricity, nuclear power and renewable energies. The signs are mostly in Bahasa Indonesian, but there are plenty of them and although dated they are still interesting. Some areas of the museum have a ‘hands on’ component.

The museum is free once you have paid the fee to enter TMII.
